Human. Take me to your leader! Finding leaders in today’s economy is brutal.
Remember Marvin the Martian? He landed upon Earth with his own agenda demanding an immediate meet up with our Leader; but the only creature he ever seemed to find was Bugs Bunny. Marvin, an easily frustrated alien probably in need of anti-depressants, frequently zapped stuff with his crazy space-age laser causing all chaos to break lose. Chaos on Saturday morning TV was good because chaos was what made Bugs Bunny hilarious.
Did you notice, the little guy from another planet never got a meet up with anyone other than Bugs Bunny? It was because Bugs himself was the one in charge. He was the leader. Well duh!
So what would happen if this cute little fella appeared before you? Are you ready to stand up straight and tall, and say, “That’s me, dude! I’m the leader. Just what can I do for you?”
Perhaps you are a go-to type of person. You are not the leader, but you sure rub elbows with lots of leader-type people. I bet you are the one to take Marvin to the right person!
Or would you take on the role of mediator and help negotiate the forever safety of Planet Earth?
Then again, you could choose to ignore the strangely dressed creature and get the &%#* out of there!
What would you do? Are you a leader. a follower, a go-to person or something in-between?
Becoming the person you want to be means you must find your mojo and learn to rock it. You have to start someplace and keep a focused pace to move forward. With the right attitude and guidance, I am confident you can rock your mojo too. You can get back on your feet and teach someone one else your insight as to how you did it. If someone seeks you out for help, you are far more qualified to provide real help than probably 70% of the other people who are bouncing around on the Internet.
